There is an article which I write regarding this, mind relaxing meditations. Here, I’m going to introduce three types of meditation under two topics. Practice it every day and be a success. one.
Train of success
This is the mind of daydreaming meditation which helps us to reach our goals. Now we are going to start the meditation. Think about you, as a train driver, very speed train like a tube train in England. Think about your dreams, and remember one by one which as you plan your dreams. All the stations that you meet are your nearby dreams which you have to achieve. Other dreams or a huge dream is a very big mountain in front of you. Now you speed up your train and climb it up very carefully and reach the peak.
Do this everyday morning and night even when you are free. With this meditation your brain takes shape to achieve your goals.
To be a success you need strength, security, talent
How to get free strength, security and talent into your life. It is a very easy thing to get because we do not need to pay any money for it. There are so many hidden strengths within our body, our heart. We just need to do is, get them out through the meditation process.
Think about a battery which helpful for our day to day life, it is portable and helps to do many things as we wish. With this meditation we are going to do some sort of thing as a charging battery. Think your heart as a battery which can load much more strength. Stay as you wish and a comfortable way. Close your eyes and go to the universe and see the earth through your mid eye, see all the strength flying everywhere. With all strength, lights come I to air in the earth and collect all the strength in the earth and slowly come into your heart. Then, think al the strength loaded into your heart and it gave the power to you be successive.
Do it twice a day by five minutes.
Stay comfortable way as you wish and close your eyes. Think a gold light slowly spread within your body and it spread in your body In the end it will spread out of your body and clasp you. Come out from your body and see how others will see you at the same time. It will give threaten others.
Do this if you are frightening to do something or if you need to order something to someone and do it for you.
If you have a sleepy mood all day you can do this meditation and try to uplift your talent and be a successful one. Close your eyes and think your heart is full of blood and it gradually comes up through vessels towards the brain, and shower it within your brain. It gave you refresh to do your work. But I warning you if you’re a heart patient or faced for surgery very near day you must not do this, it will affect your health.
