We are total strangers for this world.; you and me. Now we are spending an unpredictable minute over death. In this our life we have a living style, people call it a lifestyle. We are bothered about stressful lifestyles, all are seeking many ways to get rid of the complicated lifestyle. I may introduce you to the best ways to do that. It is Buddhism.
What is Buddhism?
Buddhism is a kind of religion, a philosophy which everyone can practice in their life. There are no rules and regulations to follow Buddhist rules for other religious persons which helps to make our lifestyle better.
Psychological practices according to Buddhism
The human psyche is an amazing creation in which no one can replace anything. If we try to practice Buddhism into our inner psyche we can achieve a simple and healthy lifestyle forever. Why I am saying this? Because Lord Buddha preached his religion by aiming the human psyche. With Buddhism you can be your god. So let’s start to train our psyche according to Buddhism. First you may train your brain these 10 rules.
Have a good sleep
There are so many arguments create about sleeping time which people need to, but l like to introduce a new method to sleep. Get your own time to sleep, it means no matter whether it is 7or 8 hours. Use a maximum of 10 hours. Because today we are doing very hard works as well as spend stressful time. Our brain needs its own time to relax our mind and the body, that’s why l am saying take your period to sleep well.
Get rid of social media life
Do not depend on social media. You may see others’ daily works and how they enjoy their life and engaging with their family or friends. You may think it is the life which you also need to follow. But the truth is your life is your property it may build up according to your wishes and your needs. Just use social media for minimum needs such as connect with friends, to get some knowledge only. If you follow others’ passion which is going on social media it will harm your lifestyle.
Nowadays everyone depends on social media. It may be useful some times. But do not enter into the social media in the morning bed. Because it’s affection remained in our life in the whole day. And also do not check out the news. Get half an hour to meditation. It will

Make your own goals
Take a paper and jot down your goals which you need to achieve in your lifetime such as when you get married, when you start your own business like that. It helps to reduce your stress. You do not overload your everything in the mind. It will harm your life.
Do not depend on others.
Do not wait to get help from others. Do the work as you can. It may useless the first time but next time you will succeed. As a result of that, you can do your works and do not need to depend on others. It will save you money and time. As an example, when your water line is damaged you have to wait for the mechanic. He will not come on time and you have to pay money for him. The best thing is to try do fix it alone to asks from someone or you can follow youtube videos and follow that method. It will bring more independent life to you.
Do not work towards others happiness
Some people think about others more than about themselves. It will harm to your lifestyle. I may not say that you must live in an absolute way. You can follow your passion and live like you.
Plan your life.
It means trying to live a regular time table. As an example, if you awake at 5.a.m. regularly you will not miss your daily works. Like meditation, exercise, cleaning. etc. if you have a regular pattern you do not need to plan whole in every day because already you have a plan. You have to do only a few arrangements in the day. Listening to smooth music.
It is better if you choose only the music not the song. You can be listening to music when you have a stressful mind, or if you wish to get a quick refresh when you working. Music is a medicine which helps to avoid the terrible situation from our mind.
Make your lifestyle.
Try to follow your fashion. It will give you a kind of smart look and a good personality. As an example if you like to use dark color cloths, do it, do not make changes if you don’t like other colors. If you like to be a vegetarian follow it, others will tell hell a lot of things against that but it is your passion. It will give you a kind of unique identity in the society. But you must avoid which harm to others. Be polite and shine in society.
Be free to get energy.
You should spend at least 30min per day without doing or thinking anything. It may help to refresh your brain. If you have a lot of time you can spend whole a day without doing any hard work you can earn a lot of energy for a week. As an example if you can stay at home the whole Sunday with eating and sleeping your body is build new energy and strength for you.
