Hello, my friends today I am going to talk about Buddhism, it can be practice by anyone in the world. Buddhism teaches about freedom so, there are no strict rules. Actually there are some rules but it is not Forced by religion. If you doing the good it has come back to you as a good thing. Buddhism thinks all the things we are doing in this life are recorded in our account.
If you do more good things you can achieve a good life today, tomorrow and the next life even. In Buddhism good things are called “Pin (/pin/)” and bad things are called “Paw (/pꜷ/)”. So we need to do good things that are Pin. All the pin and paw are recorded in our life account and it helps to have a good next life. these are the basic Buddhist belief.
There are five precepts in Buddhism. They are the basic rules of Buddhism. These five things are very important and we need to avoid it. As a beginner you can follow these things. It doesn’t matter whether you are belonging to Christian, Muslim, Hindu or any other religion, Buddhism is a very open religion for all. You can do these things at your home. Okay, let’s see what are the five precepts of Buddhism.

Don’t kill any animal or human
Don’t steal any other things
Don’t do wrong sexual things
Don’t tell lies
Don’t drink arrack and smoking
As a startup you can easily follow these things. If you are unable to do all at the beginning, try it one by one according to your time. If you are engaging with which I said as prohibited things they lead your life in to sin. After you did the good thing you are very happy and your mind will relax automatically. And when you go to bed to sleep you can recap what you did today and what are the good things that you did the whole day. This method is a kind of meditation if you can practice in your everyday lifestyle. It will bring you relaxation in the everyday morning when you awake. Because every day you recap your good deeds and that is the only thing that remains in your psychic and it is the reason for your relaxed mind.
What is Buddhists meditation
As a beginner you can start Buddhist meditation by doing breathing meditation. It is called as “Anapanasathi”. Anyone can do this meditation at any time or any place. But you can get good results in these times. That time is morning time and before sleep.
What is Anapanasathi
Anapanasathi is a kind of meditation deals with breathing. Inhale and exhale in time to time by thinking only about the breathing.
